Please make note of this time and plan accordingly.

 

There is no need to save your work (it is always auto-saved for you). BUT, in order to minimize disruption to your projects, please logout well ahead of 9:00pm on Sat Jan 18. 

You will not be able to access your account or projects during this maintenance time.  If you remain logged in past 9:00 pm (and somehow are not automatically logged out) any changes made between 9:00-9:30 pm will not be saved and any work done will be lost. 

We thank you for your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Why do we do this?

From time to time, our server hosts require important updates for various reasons to ensure smooth running code and applications and to protect the security of information on all parts of our applications.  Although we realize that it is inconvenient to lose access to the app, we attempt to schedule maintenance during periods that will least affect our customer base.  In this case, the particulars of the job do not allow us to perform maintenance in the middle of the night or early morning as would normally be done.
