Help!

We know, with the recent roll out of studio, there have been LOTS of changes.  New products, new procedures, new materials, new options, etc. It can get a bit…overwhelming.  Now there’s an easy way to get help with it all.

We’re doing our best to roll things out in a timely and digestible manner.  As part of making life easier for you, we’ve incorporated a great new Help Desk System right inside of lifethreads studio.

This is designed to be a self-serve help system in that you can easily search our FAQs knowledge base for answers. Most answers include screenshots and/or short videos to walk you through the solution as quickly and easily as possible.

How it works:
  1. Click on HELP in the main menu in lifethreads studio

  3. Click on the answer you want and get relief
I Still Need Help – What Now?

Still can’t find what you need?  No worries.  Submitting a help ticket inside of the help desk, will enable our ace-staff (who rock at solving problems) to get on it in as efficient and helpful a manner as possible.

In fact, we are soooo in love with the new system, that if you revert to our standard contact form for studio-related support, you will be redirected to the Help Desk.  It just keeps things working better on all ends (and it allows us to easily add a new FAQ to the knowledge base for everyone else who is thinking the same way as you).
